• 2 oz True Story Bourbon Whiskey
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 3 slices Fresh Peach
• Unsweetened Iced Tea

Add peaches, simple syrup and lemon to a shaker tin. Muddle until peaches are fully broken down. Add Bourbon and ice. Shake thoroughly. Pour contents of shaker tin directly into a wine glass. Top with iced tea. Garnish with lemon wedge.
