LEMON BALM
Lemon Balm Gold Rush
- 2 oz True Story Finished Bourbon
- ¾ oz honey syrup (preferably local honey)
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 4-5 lemon balm leaves
Add honey, lemon juice and lemon balm to shaker tin and muddle.
Add Bourbon and ice. Shake and double strain into Double old-fashioned glass over large gentleman’s cube.
Garnish with lemon wheel and large sprig of lemon balm.
