ROSEMARY

Spiced Pear & Rosemary Rye-Ball

¾ oz rosemary infused Demerara syrup

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz Spiced Pear Liqueur (Such as George Spirits’)

1 & ½ oz True Story Finished Rye

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 whole rosemary sprig 2-3 inches long

Build in Collins glass and stir

Add ice and top with soda water

Garnish with lemon wheel
