½ oz sage infused simple syrup
½ oz lime juice
½ Heirloom pineapple amaro
1 & ½ oz True Story Finished Bourbon
Build in Collins glass and stir
Fill with ice and top with equal parts
Soda water and pineapple soda (such as Jarritos)
Garnish with lime wheel and fresh sage
