IN FINISHED WHISKEY
This whiskey has a story to tell.
First, it matures in toasted and charred white oak casks. Then, we transfer it to different casks, to add unique and complex flavors. This secondary aging process is called “finishing.” What happens next is up to you.
FINISHED BOURBON
Our bourbon matures in oak casks that originally held white moscatel, a fortified wine, giving True Story a distinctive flavor of sweet pomegranate with floral notes.
FINISHED RYE
Our blend of straight rye whiskeys matures in both Amburana and sherry casks. The Brazilian Amburana hardwood instills hints of cinnamon, while the sherry-infused oak adds notes of raisin for a balanced sweet-and-spicy flavor.
